Yes, yes, you can.

Since 2006, I have been releasing short instrumental audio tracks under the name Seraphic Panoply. These tracks have been released under Creative Commons Licensing for Non-Commercial Use.  If you want to use it for a commercial project, or in a contest project and require a release please contact me.

I've also had the pleasure of working with Bill Hollweg and the crew over at BrokenSea Audio Productions creating production elements and themes for their audio dramas.
